  • Company name and exhibit contents listed on guidebook and official website

<Notice on determining booth location>

  • Booth layouts will be decided by the Organizing Committee after the application deadline, taking booth and venue configurations into consideration.
  • The location of exhibitor booths will be selected at the briefing session for exhibitors (scheduled for late June 2020) in the order that applications are made.
  • Appeals cannot be filed once a decision has been made about booth locations.
  • Please refer to “Exhibition Regulations” on the website for details on booth specifications and furnishings.

Payment of Exhibition Fees

  • Please transfer exhibition fees to the specified account by July 31 (Fri), 2020 after receipt of an invoice from the organizers.

  • Bank transfer fees shall be paid by the exhibitor.

  • Payment cannot be made by check, draft, or promissory note.
